It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Terence Dyer (Cobourg, Ontario), who passed away on February 13, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Ivy Dyer; his children, Robin Dyer, James Dyer and Tessa Watson; and his grandchildren, Michael and Mary (Cody).
