He was predeceased by: his daughter Cathy; his parents, Darius Hall and Izarah Hall; and his siblings, John, Henry, Blanche, Elva, Ruth, Violet and Lois.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Hall; his children, Charles Jr. (Jen), Bill (Sue), Wendy, Terry (Anita), Doug (Suzanne), Ron (Lisa), Ted (Anne), Gary, Colleen, Kimberley, Melanie, Rodney and Scott; and his sister Margaret Moore. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
