He was predeceased by: his former wife Florence Jeans; and his parents, William John and Elsie. He is survived by: his sibling Mimmie Danahy Florence McGilivary (Jack); his stepsons, Tim Gidding and Scott Gidding (Kathryn); and his grandchildren, Victoria, Michael and Daniel Giddings.
