He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Chase Nicholas and Orville Nicholas Hannon of Oneida; and his siblings, Charlotte Dugan, Harvey and Melvin Nicholas.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joanne McKenna, Leonard, Larry and John Nicholas; his brother-in-law David Purvis; his great-niece Anna; and his great-nephew Jack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Kirsten and Layla would love for donations to be made in Bruce's honour to Ed's House Northumberland Hospice Care Centre.
