He is survived by: his mother Katherine Joachim; his sister Sharon Oak (Gord); his daughter Debra Conlin (Eric); his grandchildren, Savannah, Leland, Johnathon, Domanic and Jordan Cook; his great grandchild Georgia-Lynn Conlin; his niece Suzanne; his nephew Thomas; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cory, Shaid and Jazzlyn; his extended family, Daryl and Michael Thorne; and his granddaughter Bella Thorne.
