He was predeceased by: his parents, William McConnell and Lois McConnell; and his brother Alan McConnell. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Joel McConnell (Alicia) and Jessica Meyers (Royce); his grandchildren, Camille, Max, Reagan and Sophie; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Pennell (Calvin), Helen Ripley (late Paul), Barb Rothenbush (Jeff) and Brenda Alguire (Wayne).
