She is survived by: her husband Carl Smith; her children, Mike (Erin) and Angie (Shawn); her grandchildren, Micah, Jaxon, Lenox and Maxwell; her siblings, Shirley, Clarence and Carole; her sister-in-law Janice; and her nieces and nephews, Melanie, Jen, Joe (Tara-Ann), Ryan and Adam.
