With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tena McLaughlin (Cobden, Ontario), who passed away on February 28, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband C. Earl McLaughlin; her parents, Pieter Hansma and Jantje Hansma; her daughter Juanita; and her siblings, Simon Hansma, John Hansma (late Theresa), Meintje "Minnie" Hansma and Dorothy Wright (late Herb).
She is survived by: her children, Nettie and Mau (Keith); her grandchildren, Heidi Lethbridge (John) and Adam Mau (Kristen); her great grandchildren, Lochlan, Eilidh and Mirren Lethbridge; and her sibling Rene Norton (Duane). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy donations to the Bonnechere Manor Foundation would be appreciated.
