He is survived by: his spouse Helen Dale; his parent Mildred Dale; his parent-in-law Allison Campbell; his children, Corey Dale (Maddalena) and Shann Dale (Rosa); his grandchildren, Meagan, Madison, Cheyenne, Montana, Domenic, Makenna Shelby and Mia; his brother Robert Dale; and his siblings-in-law, Vera (Barry Gould), David Campbell (Donna), Ron Campbell (Beth), Lorne Campbell (Bonnie) and Beatty Campbell (Jody).
