He was predeceased by: his wife Mabel Smith. He is survived by: his children, Charlene Wasylnuk, Terry Smith (Theresa Giroux) and Cathy Smith (Rob Edmonds); and his grandchildren, Cindy, Shaun (Cynthia), Jessica (Jonathan) and Matthew. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
