She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Collins and Minetta Collins. She is survived by: her children, Jeff, Sandra Faught, Jennifer and Jamie Chapeski; her siblings, Brian and Brenda Collins; her husband Irvin Dupuis; her grandchildren, Rory, Jordan, Kaitlyn and Darryl; and her great grandchildren, Violet and Cruz.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation in her memory would be welcomed.
