Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Anna Afelskie of Cobden, Ontario, who passed away at the age of 83, on December 7, 2020. She was predeceased by: her daughter Lorraine Ridgen (Peter); her parents, Valentine Burchat (Alex) and Barbara Biskup; and her siblings, Sylvester Burchat, Nicholas Burchat, Isidore Burchat, Bernadette Lorbetskie and Thomas Burchat.
She is survived by: her husband Sylvester Afelskie; her children, Gerard Afelskie (Bev), Peter Afelskie (Vikki), Jerome Afelskie (Mary) and Christine (David Rowe); her grandchildren, Lucas, Patrick, Kelsie, Laura, Hailey and Brady; and her siblings, Sally Stoppa, Susie Luckasavitch, Joanne Biskup, Laurence Biskup and Henry Biskup. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, large extended family and many friends.
