He was predeceased by: his parents, Lambertus Middegaal and Anna Middegaal (Smits). He is survived by: his wife Joan Middegaal (Van Osch); his children, Karen, Steve Grainger, Paul, Wendy Middegaal, Bert Middegaal, Barb Forbes, Jim and Linda Middegaal; his grandchildren, Brad, Charlene, Kerri Lyn, Ken, Sara, Tyler, Kyle, Dan, Nicole, Andre, Mckala, Alicia, Gabe, Chloe, Travis, Regan, Claire, Courtney, Brock and Brooke; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Andie, Lexie, Kinsley, Kane, Ryan, Nev, Nora, Nixon and Wells; and his siblings, Chris Dieser (Lou Lane), Helen Van Moorsel (Harry), Hank (Mary Ann Middegaal), Joanne (Cal Garrow) and John (Ann Middegaal).
Friends will be received at the Falconer Funeral Homes – 153 High St., Clinton, on Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 2-4 & 7-9 p. m. Those wishing to attend must provide contact information upon entry to the funeral home, wear a mask, and maintain social distance.
