He is survived by: his parents, Henry Slotegraaf and Ann Slotegraaf; and his siblings, Lisa Suzor (Ronnie), Nancy Field, Patricia Goodburn (Ken) and Steven Slotegraaf. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
