She was predeceased by: her husband Don Pickard; her son Wayne Pickard; and her siblings, Alma (Bill Caldwell), Earl (Thelma Nivins), Ruby (Roy Pickard), Viola Nivins, Gordon Nivins, David Nivins, Lois (Les Armstrong), Gord (Margaret Eastman) and Jim Chalmers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane (Dereck Stephenson), Deborah (James McKay) and Donna (Jeff Armstrong); her grandchildren, Laura, Adam, Andrew, Valerie, Christopher, Eamonn, Mark and Scott; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Dawson, Evan, Hunter and Jace; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Nivins of Kitchener and Joan Chalmers of Blyth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
