It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Kootstra of Clinton, Ontario, who passed away on March 26, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Kootstra to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kootstra and Johanna Kootstra; and his siblings, Wesley, Vicky and Henny.

He is survived by: his children, Johanna (Geoff Rether), Rick (Leanne Armstrong), Rob (Janet Bosma), Jon, Derek (Michelle Shropshall) and Roxanne; his siblings-in-law, Pat Kootstra, Bruce Dykstra and Gary DeGroot; and the mother of his children Rachel Kootstra. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and their children.
