She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Carter (Dick); her fathers, Wallace Black and George Turnbull; and her siblings, Buelah Lassaline (Gerry), Fred Black, Louelle Hamilton (Harry), Newton Black (Jean) and Reginald Black (Doris).
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ball (Dave), Judy Kyle (Gary) and Richard Carter (Mary); her grandchildren, Bill Darrell (Sandra), Tammy Scarborough (Len), Tanya Cook (Steve), Tabatha Darrell (Mike Chisholm), Karie-Sue MacLean (Rob), Ryan (Sarah), Kyle and Christine Carter; her great grandchildren, Patricia, Billy, Matthew, Brett, Keagan, Tenisha, Daniel, Allyson, Olivia, Winston and Luke; and her siblings-in-law, Particia Carter, Fern Martell (Urban) and Lorne Carter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to Clinton Public Hospital Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
