He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Samuel Talbot and Katherine McIntosh; his wife Barbara Talbot (Cartwright); his son Scott Talbot; his brother Bruce Talbot; and his children, Mark Talbot (Sharon Thompson) and Katherine Schmidt (Gary Schmidt). He was also cherished by his grandchildren.
