It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon Kootstra (Clinton, Ontario), who passed away on November 6, 2024, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jon Kootstra to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Richard Kootstra. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Fournier, Rachel Dale (Brenden) and Taylor Dixon (Jordan); his grandchildren, Peyton, Leah, Tyson, Brock, Krew, Miles and Liv; his mother Rachel Kootstra; his siblings, Johanna Rether (Geoff), Rick Kootstra (Leanne), Rob Kootstra (Janet), Derek Kootstra (Michelle) and Roxanne Kootstra; and his nieces and nephews, Michael (Logan), David, Andrea, Brookelyn, Sydney, Sieger, Lauren, Hayden and Matthew.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #140 (95 Kirk St, Clinton, ON N0M1L0).
