He is survived by: his wife Gerda "Ann"; his daughters, Yolanda VanDriel (Simon), Marietta Uher and Judith Falconer (Troy); his grandchildren, Derrick (Sarah), Edwin (Jenn), Colin (Amanda), Sylvia (Brandon), Katelyn (Will), Laura, Emily, Jessica (Matt) and Nick; his sisters, Ena Oskam, Rita Verburg (Koos), Matthea Hoogenboom (John) and Mary Jane Sizer (Phil); and his siblings-in-law, Gerrit (Tiny) and Betsy Dyk (Roelf). He is also survived by six great grandsons.
As expressions of sympathy, the family would appreciate memorial donations to the Huron Christian School bursary fund in Clinton.
