He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Maclane Dykstra; and his siblings, Bert, Jan, Wubbe, Art Haverkamp and Wilma Veenstra.
He is survived by: his wife Carolina Haverkamp; his children, Ralph, Linda Haverkamp of Norwich, Marianne, Alfred Dykstra of Clinton, Sylvia, David Scheerer of Drayton, Angela, Peter Haycock of Wellesley, Bryan and Kim Haverkamp of Dashwood; his grandchildren, Kara Flink (Willem), Jennifer Voskamp (Calvin), Andrew Haverkamp (Emily), Philip Haverkamp (Rachel), Samantha Haverkamp (Dylan Martin), Devon Dykstra (Sonya), Erica Dykstra (Jeremy), Aaron Dykstra (Emily), Jordan Dykstra (Kristy), Connor Scheerer, Carlin Scheerer, Stephanie Haycock, Zachary Haycock and Madison Haverkamp; his great grandchildren, Arianna, Sebastian, Maaike Flink, Cheyenne, Reid, Danika and Ashley Voskamp; and his siblings, Joyce Groenenberg and Corrie Vandenbroek.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation and World Renew would be greatly appreciated.
