He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Coultis and Bill Coultis; his sisters, Mary (Goodyear) and Peggy (Bruneau); and his granddaughter Victoria Ann.
He is survived by: his wife Emely; his children, Fred Matthews, Sandra Wolliston (Rob), Tony Coultis (Amber), Mary Bruce (Steve) and B. J. Coultis (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Darcie, Kimberly, Caleb, Teayana, Christian, Mitchell, Prayerann, Lexi, Lucas, Kaleb, Danika, Amber and Mandi (Brent).
