She was predeceased by: her spouse Jack Lee; her parents, Hugh Radford and Alice Radford; and her brothers, Hugh, George, Carl, Nelson, Bill, Len, Gordon, Douglas and Benson.

She is survived by: her children, Beverley Lee (Bill McGrath) of Midland, Dave Lee, Rosemarie Lee of Blyth, Barbara Mustard and Stewart Mustard of Stratford; her grandchildren, Jason (Tracey), Chris (Becky), Ryan, Megan (Joe), Sheldon (Sophia), Aaron (Jacalyn) and Jaclyn (Erik); her great grandchildren, Abby (Jesse), Courtney (Chris), Brianna (Jared), Aidan, Madison, Dylan, Carson, Emma, Maria, John, Brooklyn, James and Jack; and her great great grandchildren, Jasmine and Delaney.

Memorial donations to Clinton Public Hospital Foundation or the Londesborough United Church would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
