He was predeceased by: his wife Cornelia (Corry). He is survived by: his children, Clarence Haak (Diane), John Haak (Janet), Margaret Kroes (Jack), Gary Haak (Yolanda), Wilma Drost (Raymond), Albert Haak and Benita Koeman (Scott); and his siblings, Joukje Haak (Mynie Haak), Greetje Spoelstra (Arie), Margaret Haak (Clara), Michel Galipeau (Don), Greta Greidanus (Jack) and Joanne Koetsier (Eileen Greidanus). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vanastra Christian Reformed Church (50 5th Ave, Clinton, ON N0M1L0). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Clinton Cemetery (40046 Hydro Line Rd, Clinton, ON N0M1L0).
