He was predeceased by: his wife Cornelia (Corry). He is survived by: his children, Clarence Haak (Diane), John Haak (Janet), Margaret Kroes (Jack), Gary Haak (Yolanda), Wilma Drost (Raymond), Albert Haak and Benita Koeman (Scott); and his siblings, Joukje Haak (Mynie Haak), Greetje Spoelstra (Arie), Margaret Haak (Clara), Michel Galipeau (Don), Greta Greidanus (Jack) and Joanne Koetsier (Eileen Greidanus). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
As an expression of sympathy, the family would appreciate donations to the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation.
