He was predeceased by: his wife Tina Kohnert; and his sister Mary (Gerry Black). He is survived by: his children, Lisa (Chris Middleton) and Ryan (Carissa Macaulay); his children-in-law, Leonard, Krista Kohnert, Pete and Kim Kohnert; his grandchildren, Dean, Sydney Middleton, Brianna, Owen Macaulay, Kyler and Kody Kohnert; and his brother Scott (Wendy Macaulay). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
As expressions of sympathy the family would appreciate memorial donations to the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation, Seaforth Hospital Foundation, Huron Residential Hospice, or the Alzheimer's Society.
