He was predeceased by: his parents, John McIntosh and Marie McIntosh. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike (Ella), Rob (Brenda), Kim, Janet, Heather (Rod), Chris (Steph) and Paul. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, Aunts and Uncles and cousins.
