He was predeceased by: his child Nikita Hartin; his parents, Wib Hartin and Margaret Hartin; and his siblings, Doreen and Dan.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Hartin, Jamie Riley, Lisa, Joe Karpyshyn and Nicholas Hartin; his grandchildren, Jeylin, Westin, Chanel, Mitchell, Emmalyia and Karalyna; and his sister Darlene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
