We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2025, at the age of 32, Caleb Haak (Clinton, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Caleb Haak to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his parents, Gary and Yolanda; his siblings, Jared, Ethan, Jonathan, Melinda (Justin), Naomi (Shawn), Amy and Elicia (Chantal); and his nieces and nephews, Brantley, Rosemary and Wade.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Clinton Christian Reformed Church (243 Princess St E, Grand Bend, ON N0M1L0). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

As an expression of sympathy, the family would appreciate donations to Ronald McDonald House http://www.rmhc-swo.ca.
