He was predeceased by: his wife Leona Foster (Lloyd); and his sister Mary Watt (Foster). He is survived by: his children, Darwin Foster (Cheryl), Diane Stead (Glenn) and Joan Miller (Ken); his grandchildren, Scott, D'arcy (Alexandra), Travis Foster (Isabel), Krista Stead-Mackler (Mike), Ryan Stead (Kristi), Kasey Stead-Grace (Dan), Paul Stead (Leah), Curtis (Brittany), Clayton (Ashley) and Kendra Miller; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Skylar, Abram, Leah, Daxton, Brooke, Allie, Oliver, Adeline, James, Margaret, Charlotte and Harper.
