He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Van Gurp; and his siblings, Truus of Brouwer, Antonia Wientjes, Herman and Tinus Van Gurp.
He is survived by: his children, Tony (Betty) of Chesterville, Gerty Tenbult of Oxford Mills, Peter (Bernadetta) of Chesterville and Gerry (Debbie) of Spencerville; and his grandchildren, Angie (Kevin), Jenny (Lee), Stacey (Marty), Mark (Amanda), Amy, Scott (Jen), Matthew (Rebekah), Michael (Rebecca), Amie (Brad), Taylor, Hendrick, Ty, Thomas, Hallie, Herman, Charlotte, Mason, Patrick, Grady, Claire, Lochlan, Hudson, Ava, Iya, Audrey and Heath. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements Due to Covid restrictions a private family funeral service will be held at the Marsden McLaughlin Funeral Home in Chesterville.
