It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Merkley (Chesterville, Ontario), who passed away on March 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his children, Ken (Margaret) and Janie. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Audrey Rooney and Margie Howser; his grandchildren, Jason, Spencer Rooney, Tabitha Merkley (Maurice), Pam Merkley and Aric Howser; and his great grandchildren, Issac and Lincoln.
