He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hess and Grace Hess. He is survived by: his siblings, James Hess (Kelly) of Chesterville, Robert Hess (Cathie) of Williamsburg, Doug Hess of Chesterville and Ruth Liscumb (Glen) of Chesterville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Funeral Arrangements Due to Coronavirus restrictions a celebration of Tim's life will be held at the Gathering House in Chesterville at a later date.
