Susan A. Baker Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2020, at the age of 58, Susan A. Baker (Chesterville, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Baker and Winnie Baker. She is survived by: her significant other Wes Moore; her brother Roy Baker (Darlene) of Dixons Corners; her nephews, Matt, Chris and Derrick; and her grandchildren, Chase, Hudson, Kasey and Brooklyn. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles and cousins.
