He was predeceased by: his daughter Aimee Moke; and his parents, Wallace Moke and Arlene Moke. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Moke; his children, Jason Moke (Jen), Amanda Nugent (Randy) and Maggie Temperli (Martin); his grandchildren, Joshua, Jordan, Dawson, Logan, Skylar, Taylor, Cole, Haden, Merissa, Wyatt, Kaelyn, Neah and Nolan; his great grandchild Levi; and his siblings, Terilyn Moke, Larney Moke and Derry Moke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
