He was predeceased by: his father Ken Bush; and his siblings, Steve and Laura Lee. He is survived by: his mother Sheila Bush; and his siblings, Cathy MacPherson (Graham) of Rooney Road, Ed (Kelly) of Rooney Road, Margaret Mindle (Tom) of Rooney Road, Jim (Shelby) of Spencerville and Tommy (Renata) of Mallorytown. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
