She was predeceased by: her husband John Herfkens; her parents, Theodorus Peters and Geertruida Peters; and her brother Toon Peters. She is survived by: her children, Theo (Carolyn) of Crysler, Johnny (Monika) of Crysler, Trudy Johnson (Melvin) of Kanata, Albert (Jeanne) of Crysler, Henry (Debbie) of Berwick and Michael (April) of Crysler; her siblings, Henk Peters (late Dini), Anneke van der and Theo Peters (Annie); her grandchildren, Tara, Jodi, Kaitlin (Tony), Jessica (Evan), Mikayla (Zac), Amber (Brandon), Jade (Mark), Adam (Brittany), Zachary (Shelby), Paulina, John, Logan and Kyle; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Jacob, Owen, Brianna, Hailey, Mitchell, Maximus, Lauren, Olivia, Sadie, Lucy, Lewis, Ainslie, Duncan, Harvey, Gordon, Odin and Lily. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
