She was predeceased by: her husband Milan "Jerry" Michalicka; and her parents, Lorne Edward Cooke and Madeline Fossitt. She is survived by: her children, Murray and Myrna; her children-in-law, Patty and Jamie; her cousin Sharon; and her parents-in-law, Marjorie (late Vlad), Wayne (Bessie), Gary (Vlasta) and Pauline. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
