She was predeceased by: her father Tjitte DeJong. She is survived by: her husband Pierre Monette; her siblings, Albert DeJong (Reina), Barbara (Steven Strader), John DeJong (Margie), Connie Wall and Henriette DeJong (Jeff Guerin); and her godchildren, Angela Lynch, Wade DeJong and Jennifer Armstrong. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements Due to Covid restrictions a private Celebration will be held at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Cemetery in Morrisburg.
