She was predeceased by: her spouse Gerry Brugmans; her son Peter; and her siblings, Mientje VanderHeijden, Joke VanderHeijden, Martin, Marinus, Peter, Harry and Nico VanderHeijden.
She is survived by: her children, Wilma Winters (Jim) of Finch, John of Chesterville, Pat of Chesterville, Elly Johnson (David) of Toronto, Anne Arial (Steve) of Orleans, Garry of Chesterville and Tracy Whyte (Peter) of Morrisburg; her sisters, Anne VanMeurs (late Jan) and Mary Van (late Jan) of Rakt; her grandchildren, Sarah (Bill), Cory (Erin), Peter (Lisa), Kevin (Alexandra), Jessica (Eric), Josh, Chelsea (Brett), Hope, Quinn, Reagan, Calla, Nicholas, Mackenzie and Carter; and her great grandchildren, Maya, Jacob, Bryson, Adrianna, Emma, Taylor, Kate, Milly, Finn, Teddy and Bo. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
