Fern York Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2024, at the age of 85, Fern York of Chesterville, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Smirle and Alice Smirle; and her siblings, Vera Boothe, Wilson and Eldon Smirle.
She is survived by: her husband Eldon York; her daughters, Sandra Gerbrecht (Rick) of Victoria, B. C., Rhonda Masters (Jeff) of Sault Ste and Marie; her sisters, Joan Reveler (Bert) of Ottawa and Muriel McRae (late Clare) of Winchester; and her grandchildren, Melissa (Jarid), Ben, Laura (Cam) and Michael. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
