He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Markell; and his son Charlie. He is survived by: his close friend Star Horton of Cornwall; his children, Kristopher, Mike, P. J., Marielle and Marie; his grandchildren, Charleigh and Carson; his father Roger Markell (Fay) of Dundela; his siblings, Randy Markell (Christine) of Dundela, Amy Lavallie (Rodney) of Morrisburg and Kim Thompson (Paul) of Nova Scotia; and his nieces and nephews, Blaine, Jade, Rhys, Carter, Jorja, Mitchell and Jenine. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Arrangements Due to Covid restrictions a private family service will be held at the Marsden McLaughlin Funeral Home in Williamsburg.
