He was predeceased by: his spouse Bev Kearns; his parents, William Kearns and Annie Kearns; his daughter Ann Gilchrist; and his sister Mary Beehler (Gerald).
He is survived by: his children, Edward "Dusty" Kearns (Cathy) of Niagara Falls, Danny Kearns (Tammy) of Brantford, Susan Montague of Niagara Falls, Lisa Bradman (Rick) of Niagara Falls, Lynn Kearns of Niagara Falls, Kate Kearns of Niagara Falls and Pamela DeVries of Winchester; and his grandchildren, Hope, Eric, Callie, Tara of Derek, A. J. and Samantha. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Presentation Roman Catholic Church (10 Church St, Chesterville, ON K0C1H0).
