He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathleen "Kitty" Moore; his children, Deirdre (John Kiska), Moira and Eileen (Andrew Fisher); his grandchildren, Sean and Cate; his siblings, Lawrence Moore and Gwen McDevitt; his parents, Thomas Moore and Evelyn Moore; and his siblings, Mary Slattery (late Tom) of London and Thomas of Dublin, Ireland..

Due to COVID restrictions, a celebration of Charlie's life will be held at the Morrisburg Golf Clubhouse at a later date.
