He was predeceased by: his wife Nina Pemberton; his parents, Floyd Pemberton and Eileen Pemberton; his brother Con Pemberton; and his granddaughter Arianna Oliver.
He is survived by: his children, Dwayne (Heather), Rhonda McIntosh (Brian), Basil (Henriett), Judy Winters Brian Young (late Dale) and Chris (late Carol-Lee); his grandchildren, Craig, Tamara (Chance Dulmage), Trisha Pemberton (Gobi Kumarakuladervan) and Mark (Tara); his great grandchildren, Arianna, Trinity, Eloise, Emma, Nicole and Alyssa; his siblings, Graham Pemberton (Barbara), Lorne Pemberton (Irene), Dale Pemberton, Sharon Moss (Roger) and Sharel Bell; and his sister-in-law Brenda Pemberton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
