He was predeceased by: his sisters, June Runions, Geraldine Cassell and Joanne Harper. He is survived by: his daughters, April Harper of Chesterville and Brenda Harper-Lewis (Ryan) of Calgary; his brother Raymond Harper (Beverley) of Morewood; and his grandchildren, Noah, William and Kennedy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
