He was predeceased by: his daughter Tammy Lynn; and his parents, Joseph Charlton and Orral Charlton (Povelofskie). He is survived by: his spouse Rebecca; his children, Lorie Bates (Steve) of Ayton, Debbie Charlton of Chesley, Gwen Charlton (Chris Hynds) of Grand Prarie and Mandy Leask (Richard Olson) of Keremeos, B. C; his grandchildren, Nicole, Jessica, Jon, Christopher, Stacey, Robert, Dustin and Brook; his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Austin, Emma and Josh; and his siblings, Orral Plante (Roger), Beverly Rose and Gloria Geddie (Clyde).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Chesley Medical Clinic (cheques payable to Municipality of Arran Elderslie) or Chesley Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
