It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Elizabeth Holman (Chesley, Ontario), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sons, Wayne Holman and Matthew Holman; and her sister Katherine McCarthy Donovan. She is survived by: her children, Norman Holman (June Leard), Douglas Holman (Susan Palmers), Dean Holman (Janet) and Patrick Holman (Penny Henry); her siblings, Mary Lee Weishar (Frank), John McCarthy (Elizabeth) and Pat Kemp (Mark); and her friends, Kelly Priebe, Ann Stoner, Donald Donovan, Robert Donovan, Sheila Maas, Norma and Garnet Miller. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, eleven nieces and nephews, and seventeen great nieces and nephews.
