He was predeceased by: his brother Michael; and his parents, Herbert Palmer and Dorothy Palmer (Boyland). He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Barb Adam, Donna Palmer (Philip Ng) and Dean; his grandchildren, Melissa, Audrey and Felix; and his sister Judith Wallis.
Memorial donations to the Chesley Medical Clinic (payable to Municipality of Arran Elderslie), Chesley Hospital Foundation or Doberman Rescue Ontario would be appreciated.
