She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Bernard. She is survived by: her children, Philip (Cathy), Tim (Trish), Joe (Kim) and RoseMarie (Glenn); her grandchildren, Colby, Wesley, Mitchell, Nicholas (Cristina), Spencer (Victoria), Grayson (Emily), Alanna, Justine (Arash) and Jonathan; and her great grandchildren, Zayah, Alden, Finley, Oaklyn, Brynlee, Griffin and Emmett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, inlaws.
Every year at Christmas time for quite a while now, Mom always requested that instead of gifts that we pay it forward with an 'act of kindness' towards someone.
