Lois Gilder Obituary

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lewis Wilfred Wesley and Yvonne Annie "Bonnie" Hemstock (Ironmonger) of Wiarton; her friend Jim Beech (Richard Walter Gilder); her children, Lois, Colin Clements of Tlell, B. C. and Dawn Capling of Chesley; her daughter-in-law Heidi Clements of Tara; her grandchildren, Ayden, Caylen, Ebin, Josiah, Aubrey, Howlan, Weslie and Hailey; her great grandchildren, Malcolm and Myles; her siblings, Carol Sprung (Jim Hellyer) of Wiarton, Julie McCully (Joe) of Paisley, Philip Hemstock of Port Elgin and John Hemstock (Judy) of Tara; her husband Rick Gilder; her son Jesse Clements; and her nephew Wesley McCully.

Lois also enjoyed a variety of crafts, which included taking a furniture refinishing course with Heidi, which in turn lead her to refinish several pieces of furniture within her home during Covid.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Grey Bruce Hospice Inc. (Chapman House) would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
